Vanishing Bridge Showcased On Photoblur

My photo of the Golden Gate Bridge titled "Vanishing Bridge" was featured on the front page of the popular photography showcase site and was also featured in their exclusive gallery "The Big Shots - An Online Showcase of Amazing Photography". This site has some amazing photography on it so I am honored.

Half Moon Bay Photo Selected By InterfaceLIFT

This was my first attempt at long exposure photography using my new P-Series filter holder and ND Filters. If I remember correctly, I used a 2-stop filter combined with 1 & 2-stop graduated ND filters to brighten up the foreground. The lens stayed open for around 25 seconds. It's pretty cool that the photographers and users at InterfaceLIFT liked it....guess I'll keep playing around with my new filters.

Vanishing Bridge Photo Selected By InterfaceLIFT

This photo was my first submission to be approved on the website InterfaceLIFT.com. This was a big deal for me as an aspiring photographer since I had previously been looking at this site as a source of photographic inspiration. There are some amazing artists feature here. The way it works is you submit a photo to a review section and it is only featured on the site if a large number of fellow photographers and users vote on your submission. There are a ton of great photos that have been submitted and not selected so I didn't think I had much of a shot. Since submitted 25 days ago, it has been downloaded by 46,807 people. Pretty crazy.

I took this photo while driving across the Golden Gate Bridge by holding my Nikon S600 out my window so I'm surprised it actually came out half decent. There was a light pole in the bottom right but I used good ole' Photoshop to clone stamp it out of there.
